Oriental noodles with crispy bacon patties
Fried bacon patties with ginger, vegetables and noodles.

Peel the ginger and cut finely. Slice the garlic. Brush the bacon strips on both sides with the wok sauce.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and bake the bacon strips for 8 min. On medium heat. Turn regularly. Season to taste with pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the instructions in the package.

Meanwhile, remove the red pepper from the noodles / bami vegetables. Cut the stalk of the red pepper.

Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut the flesh finely.

Heat the oil in a wok stir fry the fried rice / noodle with half of the red pepper 3 min. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 3 min.

Drain the noodles and add to the vegetables together with the wok sauce. Stir fry for 1 min.

Serve with the grilled bacon patties and sprinkle with the rest of the red pepper.
