Chicken fajita with creamy guacamole
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, beer, fajita seasoning mix (25 g), onions, green peppers, (sunflower) oil, flour tortillas (340 g) and creamy guacamole (225 g).

Cut chicken fillet into strips.

In a bowl mix beer and seasoning mix, stir in the chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean peppers and cut into strips.

Fry half of oil in frying pan and gently fry onion and sweet pepper.

Heat residual oil in other frying pan and brown and cook until tender with marinade in 8 min.

Warm up the tortilla according to the instructions for use.

Fill tortillas with meat, vegetables and guacamole sauce.

Tasty with green salad and lemon dressing..
