Put the Stew Potatoes in a large pan with a generous amount of water.

Bring the potatoes to a boil and then remove them from the heat.

Drain the potatoes and puree them.

Season them with the pepper, salt, milk and butter.

Put the kale in a large pan with a bottom of water and a pinch of salt.

Put both smoked sausages in the packaging on the kale and bring everything to the boil.

Let the kale and smoked sausages cook for a quarter of an hour.

Meanwhile, bake the bacon without butter in a frying pan.

Remove the smoked sausages from the pan and drain the kale.

Mix the kale through the mashed potatoes.

Then add the bacon to the kale stew and mix everything together.

Remove the smoked sausages from the packaging and divide each smoked sausage into two.

Put the kale stew in four deep plates and place half a sausage on each plate.
