Directions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Cook the peas in a pan for 2-4 min. Cut the banana into slices.
  2. Put the milk and mix for curry cream sauce in a pan. Bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk.
  3. Stir the banana and peanuts through the sauce and heat. Divide the rice over plates, pour the curry sauce over it and serve the peas next to it.
