Sweet potato stew with salmon, cabbage and peanut


Stew of sweet potato with green cabbage, leeks, carrots, salmon, ginger, bean sprouts and peanuts.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil in water with salt in 15 min. Until done.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and salt and bake for 5 minutes on medium heat. Turn halfway.
  3. Remove from the pan and leave covered on a plate for 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the ginger, cut the garlic finely and chop the peanuts roughly.

  6. Drain the potatoes, puree with the puree mash and scoop through the green coal mixture.
  7. Break the salmon into pieces and spread over the stew. Garnish with the peanuts. Yummy! .
