Spaghetti avocado carbonara
Spaghetti with a sauce of Parmesan cheese, avocado and garlic and thin bacon strips.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 8 min. On medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Add in the last min. The garlic and fry. Remove everything from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese. Cut the avocados half way through, remove the kernel and scoop out the peel with a spoon.

Put the avocado with half of the Parmesan cheese in a high cup.

Drain the pasta and collect 200 ml of the cooking liquid. Pour the avocado. Purée with the hand blender to a smooth puree.

Mix the avocado puree and bacon through the spaghetti. Season with pepper.

Divide the plates and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan. Yummy! .
