Mision dish with shrimp skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, egg noodles (250 g), lemon juice, jumbo shrimp (a 100 g), Thai vegetable mix (400 g), mix for Thai noodles (58 g) and sweet soy sauce (salt).

Preheat the grill.

Cook according to instructions.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper dressing.

Place shrimps on 8 skewers and cover with dressing.

Roast shrimps in a crispy grill for about 5 minutes.

Turn halfway and cover with dressing again.

Heat in wok rest of oil.

Vegetable mix stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

Mix and add 1 dl of water and stir-fry for approx.

1 minute.
-
Let simmer on soft heat for about 2 minutes.

Add Mie and mix well.
-
Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Distribute the lunch dish over four plates.

Place skewers on top..
