Directions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Bring a pan with plenty of water and salt to the boil and blanch the green asparagus for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. If necessary, cut them into equal pieces.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly and cover the baking tray with it (or make 2 smaller pizzas on 2 baking trays).
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the asparagus, onion, anchovies and olives.
  5. Divide the mozzarella over it and add some pepper.
  6. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Divide generously pesto over the pizza and fry for another 5 minutes. Tasty with toasted.
