Oven macaroni with spinach, bacon and mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package 'al dente' and drain.
  3. Wash the spinach and let it drain well. In the meantime, heat the oil in a stir frying pan for 2 min.
  4. Add the spinach in parts, let shrinking and the moisture evaporate.
  5. Meanwhile, bring the sauce mix from the pack together with the milk to the boil in a large pan. Cook for 1 min.
  6. Grease the oven dish. Spoon the macaroni, spinach and mozzarella through the sauce and scoop in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the topping mix from the suit.
  7. Fry the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
