Penne with tuna and crispy bread crumbs
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, old white bread, olive oil, penne (tube paste), red onions, garlic, anchovy fillets, cherry tomatoes, watercress (75 g) and tuna steaks.

Slices bread loaf and grind in a food processor.

Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and roast breadcrumbs until golden brown.

Allow to cool on kitchen paper.

Penne 10-12 min.

In boiling water with salt until al dente.

Meanwhile, peel and chop onions and garlic, cut anchovies and wash and halve.

Remove hard stems, roughly tear watercress.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan or casserole, fry onion and garlic for 1 min.

Anchovies and to 2 min.

Pour out Penne.

Penne by creating the mixture and heating thoroughly.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and fry rosé on high heat in 1-2 min.

Per side (just like steak).

Season the pasta with salt and pepper and spread over four deep plates.

Cut tuna into strips and place on pasta.

Sprinkle watercress and crusty bread crumbs over it..
