Directions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Put the tomato cubes in a bowl, together with the olives. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Mix olive oil and vinegar together. Pour half of this dressing with the tomatoes and olives.
  3. Coat the pizza bases with the tomato mixture and sprinkle with pieces of mozzarella. Mix the remaining dressing with the arugula. Keep a 1/3 of the arugula behind and divide the rest over the pizza. Sprinkle a lot of shaved Parmesan cheese over it. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Divide the remaining rocket and Parmesan cheese just before serving.
