Sesame noodles with soy prawns


Mie with garlic prawns and soy sauce and a salad of apple, carrot and kohlrabi.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and grill the sesame seed.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the kohlrabi and apple into pieces and cut into thin slices with the food processor (julienne).
  3. Mix everything with the julienne carrot. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. In the meantime, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic shrimps on a medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Turn down the heat and add the noodles and soy sauce. Scoop and warm for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  6. Cut the fresh mint into thin strips and scoop with the sesame seeds through the noodles. Divide the noodles over the plates and serve with the salad.
