A delicious Dutch recipe for potato-cauliflower salad with chicken

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes or until they are al dente in water with salt. Drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Spread the cauliflower in small florets and boil them with salt for 4-6 minutes until they are al dente (or in the microwave, covered, 800 watts 3 minutes). Drain and rinse cold water. Keep some leaves of the spring onions separately for garnish.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  4. Spoon it through the potatoes, cauliflower, tomatoes and spring onions.
  5. Arrange the salad on the strips of iceberg lettuce. Divide the chicken strips over it. Sprinkle with onion leaves and add lemon wedges.
