Penne rigate with red pepper and walnuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne rigate (pasta, bag a 500 g), eggplant, zucchini, olive oil, garlic, red pepper, walnuts (a 55 g) and grated cheese.

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Clean aubergine and zucchini and cut into thin long slices.

Mix with a dash of olive oil, some salt and pepper.

Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.

Cut red pepper into thin rings.

Walnuts coarsely chop.

In grilling pan, the aubergine and zucchini on both sides for 2 min.

Grilling.

Add garlic and pepper and just fry.

Penne on four plates, sprinkle with cheese and put the grilled vegetables next to it..
