Plaice fillet with broccoli puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes ((3 kg bag), peeled), broccoli (in florets and stalks), olive oil, plaice and tarragon (7 g jar).

Cook the potatoes in a little water with a little salt in 20 minutes until done. Add the broccoli for the last 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and broccoli and collect the cooking liquid. Mash the potatoes with the broccoli with the puree tamper. Add as much cooking liquid until the puree is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the plaice fillet with the tarragon and pepper and salt to taste. Fry in 5 minutes until golden brown and done. Turn the plaice fillet halfway.

Divide the broccoli puree over 4 plates and add the plaice fillet.
