Plaice rolls with leek


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, leeks, plaice fillet (a ca. 200 g), salt and pepper, grilled peppers (pot a 465 g), butter or margarine, dry white wine, fish stock tablet and all-in tie (pack of a 200 g ).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and boil in about 20 minutes.
  2. Clean the leek, cut into rings and wash.
  3. Spread the scholfilets with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut sweet peppers into long strips, lay them on plaice fillets and roll up.
  5. Fasten rolls with cocktail sticks.
  6. Melt 30 g of butter in a small pan.
  7. Add wine and bouillon tablet and bring to the boil.
  8. Place fish rolls in stock and cover over low heat for about 8 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, heat the remainder of butter in frying pan and bake the leek in about 5 minutes.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Stowing the moisturizer with a tie.
  12. Serving plaice rolls with leeks and boiled potatoes..
