Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Chop the onion and fruit together with the garlic for 3 minutes. Fry the tomatoes for 8 minutes gently.
  3. Mix the spinach with the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the pasta over the plates and spoon the sauce over it. Halve the bread roll mozzarella and lay on the sauce. Sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
