A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (peeled and diced), eggs, milk, dried tarragon, garden peas (450 g, frozen), salami (slices, cut into strips), olive oil and cherry tomatoes (250 g) .

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes in salted water. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the milk, the tarragon and salt to taste. Drain the potatoes, scoop them with the garden peas and salami through the egg mixture and let stand for a while.
  2. Heat the oil in a large appetizer or frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture, spread the ingredients over the pan with a spatula. Leave the omelette on low heat with a lid on the pan for 15 minutes. Let the omelette stand for a moment and cut it into large points, stack 3 points on each plate if necessary with a skewer, so that it looks like a pastry. Serve with the cherry tomatoes.
