Cut the crusts from the slices of bread.

Cover half of the slices of bread with the cheese and sprinkle with the curry powder. Put the rest of the slices of bread on it.

In a deep plate, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and the milk. Roll the rolls with cheese carefully through the egg mixture.

Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and bake the buns on low heat in 5 min. Brown. Turn them halfway.
