Remove the ends of the zucchini and cut into small cubes.

Bring the zucchini to the boil in a pan with a bottom of water. Cook covered in 5 minutes until tender and soft.

Drain and puree with a hand blender or in the food processor. Mix in rice flour and milk, add any flour or milk for the desired thickness.
