Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the butter into small cubes. Put the flour and sugar in a bowl and rub with your fingertips into a crumbly dough.

Grease the baking tin and divide half of the dough into a thin layer. Press well.

Brush the dough base carefully with the jam. Sprinkle the rest of the crumble dough over it and push gently.

Bake the crumble cake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool.

Cut off the sides and cut the cake into 16 square biscuits. Carefully remove from the mold and put an umbrella in each cookie.
