Remove the carrot and cut into slices. Peel the potato and cut into cubes.

Boil the carrot and potato in a pan with a good layer of water with the lid on the pan for 6 minutes.

Add the peas and cook for another 9 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the chicken over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

Drain and collect the cooking liquid. Puree to a fine puree with the hand blender or in the food processor. If necessary, dilute with some cooking liquid or milk.
