Peel the banana and cut into slices. Sprinkle the slices on both sides with the flour.

Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the slices of banana on both sides until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on plates. Spoon the vanilla quark next to it.
