Popper: tuna biscuits 10-12 months
Tuna cookies. Fatty fish is not only delicious, but also very good for them.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Boil the potatoes in a pan of water for 15-20 minutes until done.

Drain the tuna and fine in a bowl with a fork.

Drain the potatoes and puree with the puree mash.

Slice the parsley and beat the egg.

Mix the mashed potatoes, parsley, egg and tuna into a smooth mixture. Shape 6 balls and press them flat with your palm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish cakes in 5 min. On medium heat brown. Turn halfway.

Remove the cookies from the pan and allow to cool slightly. Yummy! .
