Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Mix in a bowl with the lemon juice and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, carefully loosen the outer 4 beautiful leaves of the iceberg lettuce. Rinse under cold running water and drain in a colander.
  3. Remove the stalk and the seeds from the bell pepper and cut the flesh into cubes.
  4. Clean the string beans. Cook 6 minutes in a pan with a little water and pour into a colander.
  5. Now put the noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water on them. Let it work for 5 minutes. Cut into pieces with scissors.
  6. Finely chop the garlic.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and pepper cubes and cook for 3 minutes.
  8. Add the string beans and noodles and warm for 1 more minute. Season with the rest of the lemon juice and the soy sauce.
  9. Divide the salad leaves as bowls over 4 plates and fill with the noodles mixture.
