Sprinkle the pork tenderloins with salt and freshly ground pepper. Heat the oil and butter and fry the meat around golden brown in about 15 minutes.

Take the pork tenderloins out of the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil. Pour the wine and fond into the cooking fat and cook gently in about 10 minutes.

Add the cream and mustard and heat without cooking.

Cut the meat into slices and serve with the mustard sauce. Tasty with mashed potatoes or rice and broccoli.
