Minikrieltjes with salami and broccoli salad


Potatoes with baked salami and a salad of broccoli, lamb's lettuce, onion and garlic.

Directions

  1. Cut the salami into cubes, onion in half rings and garlic finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes on medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  3. In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the salami in 5 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Fruit in the remaining shortening the onion and garlic 1 min.
  5. Cut the broccoli into florets, add to the onion-garlic mixture and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  6. Mix the corn salad and salami through the broccoli and scoop on a large flat dish. Serve the dressing and mini-carts there.
