Tortelloni with ham and pesto


Italian pasta with mushrooms, leeks, tortellini, ham cubes, creme fraiche and pesto.

Directions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Wash and cut the leeks in oblique rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the mushrooms and leeks for 7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the ham cubes, crème fraîche and pesto. Spoon around and warm for another 4 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Drain the pasta, spread over the plates and spoon the vegetable mixture over it. Serve immediately.
