Pollock in spicy lime sauce with rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), pineapple slices (on juice (432 g), in pieces), wok essentials (Lime and Spice Seafood (bottle 240 ml)), coalfish fillet (free of grit (400 g) , frozen)), oil, pak choi (leaf and stalks in strips), onion (in parts) and leeks (in slanted slices of 2 cm).

Boil the rice in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour the pineapple, the pineapple juice and the wok sauce into a frying pan or deep frying pan, place the pieces of coalfish in them and bring the sauce gently to the boil. Invert the pieces of fish occasionally and let them cook according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the pack soy, onion and leek for 5 minutes. Drain the rice and put it in the wok. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, add the paksoiblad the last minute.

Serve the fried rice with the coalfish in lime sauce.
