A tender sirloin steak with four cheeses.

Light the barbecue. Grate the pecorino, cut the crust of the taleggio and cut into small pieces together with the gorgonzola and mozzarella.

Slice the parsley. Mix the 4 cheeses with the parsley and (freshly ground) pepper.

Brush the entrecotes with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill the meat on the barbecue in 5 min. Rosé.

Turn halfway. Take out the barbecue and lay on a plate.

Spread the cheese over it and let the meat rest for 5 minutes under a lid or aluminum foil.
