Spanish pangasius fillet


Fish with paprika, onion, tomatoes, rice and almond shavings.

Directions

  1. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  2. In a frying pan, scoop the frozen onion, tomato and bell pepper with the olive oil.
  3. Crumble the bouillon tablet over the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Put the pangasius fillet in the sauce and simmer the fish with the lid on the pan in 20 min.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Roast the almond shavings in a dry frying pan.
  7. Put the rice, fish and vegetables on the plates and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
