Fried gnocchi with bacon and sprouts

Boil the sprouts for 3 minutes. Drain and let drain well. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the sprouts, garlic, mushrooms and rosemary 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips on high heat for 2 min. Add the gnocchi and cook for 10 min. Scoop regularly.
