Pork Tenderloin With 5 Spices


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, liquid honey, dry sherry, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spices (33 g), garlic (finely chopped), free-range pork, sunflower oil (8 tbsp), noodle (250 g), flour, egg and cornflour.

Directions

  1. Make a marinade of the honey, the sherry, the soy sauce, the 5 spices and the garlic.
  2. Cut the meat into slices and scoop through the marinade.
  3. Leave in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
  4. Make the mihoennestjes.
  5. Heat 300 ml of oil in a wok.
  6. Break the 4 pieces of 5 x 5 cm and break them a bit so that the pieces are loosened.
