Pork Tenderloin With 5 Spices
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, liquid honey, dry sherry, soy sauce, Chinese 5 spices (33 g), garlic (finely chopped), free-range pork, sunflower oil (8 tbsp), noodle (250 g), flour, egg and cornflour.

Make a marinade of the honey, the sherry, the soy sauce, the 5 spices and the garlic.

Cut the meat into slices and scoop through the marinade.

Leave in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.

Make the mihoennestjes.

Heat 300 ml of oil in a wok.

Break the 4 pieces of 5 x 5 cm and break them a bit so that the pieces are loosened.

Fry them 1 for 1 seconds in the hot oil.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Put the flour in a large bowl.

Remove the meat from the marinade, put it in the bowl with flour and mix until the meat is covered with a thin layer of flour.

Shake off the excess flour.

Stir in the egg with 2 tbsp water, add the cornstarch and stir into a smooth paste.

Get the meat through.

Pour the oil from the woks and heat the woks again.

Pour in the 8 tbsp oil and let it get hot.

wok one third of the meat for 2 minutes.

Spoon in a bowl and repeat with the rest of the meat.

Serve with white rice, smothered bok choy with ginger and a piece of fried noodles..
