Vegetable balls with paprika sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: roasted peppers (a 295 g), garlic (chopped), tomato (in pieces), vegetable balls (210 g and vega).

Let half of the roasted peppers drain, cut into pieces and mix with the garlic and tomato. Puree with the hand blender or food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Place 4 green balls on each satay stick and grill them for 3-4 minutes in a hot grill pan. Heat the pepper sauce in a saucepan.

Divide the vegetable sticks over the plates and spoon the sauce over it. Delicious with stir-fried fresh spinach and brown rice.
