Gnocchi bolognese
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course includes the following ingredients: meat, oil, lean (beef), onions (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), carrots (thinly sliced), celery (thinly loops), fresh Italian herbs (chopped), bay leaf, red wine, sifted tomatoes and gnocchi di patate.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the minced meat in it. Add the onion, garlic, carrot and celery and fry the vegetables for 1 minute. Add the Italian herbs, bay leaves and wine and let everything cook gently for 10 minutes.

Pour the sifted tomatoes into the pan, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste and bring everything to the boil. Place a lid at an angle on the pan and simmer gently in approx. 45 minutes. Add a dash of water if the sauce is too thick.

Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the suit.

Taste the sauce and spoon the sauce over the potato gnocchi. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
