Hotdogs from beef bratwurst with onion, tomatoes, pickles and green peppers.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Grill the sausages in 12-15 min. Brown and done. Times regularly.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the pickles lengthwise in four.
  3. Cut the white dots open and grill them with the cutting edge down for ½ min on the barbecue, so that grill stripes appear.
  4. Put a sausage on each bun, a few slices of tomato, some pickle and a pickled pepper. Put some chopped onion on each hot dog.
