Rice with fresh ginger, vega chicken, tomato, chili sauce, sesame oil and wok vegetables.

Directions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken steaks lengthwise into strips of 1 cm wide and put together with the tomato frito and chili sauce in a frying pan.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
