Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging and leave to drain well in a colander. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and fry for another 3 minutes. Scoop the chicken out of the pan with a slotted spoon.

Stir-fry the garlic, leek and paprika for 1 minute in the shortening of the chicken. Add pineapple, oyster sauce, sambal oelek, 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice, noodles and chicken and heat for 3 minutes.
