Turkey teriyaki


A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey strips (approx. 250 g), teriyaki marinade (bottle of 250 ml), three color peppers ((red yellow and green), shiitakes (à 100 g), carrots, noodles (250 g), oriental stir-fry oil (bottle of 250 ml) and prawn cracker (100 g).

Directions

  1. Mix turkey strips with 4 tablespoons of marinade and leave to stand for approx.
  2. 15 minutes.
  3. Peppers clean, wash and cut into pieces.
  4. Shii-takes cleaning and cutting into pieces.
  5. Washing carrots, cleaning and halving twice in length.
  6. Cut quarters into strips.
  7. Cook Mihoen according to instructions.
  8. Heat in wok stir-frying oil.
  9. Bake turkey strips for about 3 minutes on a high heat.
  10. Add peppers, shiitakes and carrots and fry for about 5 minutes.
  11. Season with salt, pepper and the rest of the marinade.
  12. Serve with mihoen and krupuk..
