Turkey teriyaki
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey strips (approx. 250 g), teriyaki marinade (bottle of 250 ml), three color peppers ((red yellow and green), shiitakes (à 100 g), carrots, noodles (250 g), oriental stir-fry oil (bottle of 250 ml) and prawn cracker (100 g).

Mix turkey strips with 4 tablespoons of marinade and leave to stand for approx.

15 minutes.

Peppers clean, wash and cut into pieces.

Shii-takes cleaning and cutting into pieces.

Washing carrots, cleaning and halving twice in length.

Cut quarters into strips.

Cook Mihoen according to instructions.

Heat in wok stir-frying oil.

Bake turkey strips for about 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add peppers, shiitakes and carrots and fry for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and the rest of the marinade.

Serve with mihoen and krupuk..
