Chicken fillet with kiwi salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, multigrain rice (275 g), kiwis (peeled), red onion (chopped), coriander ((15 g), chopped leaves), chicken breast, olive oil and spinach (a 300 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the kiwi into cubes of 1/2 cm (brunoise). Mix with the onion and coriander. Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, dry the chicken and brush thinly with 2 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the chicken in 12 min. Until done. Times regularly. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the spinach and chicken over 4 plates. Spoon the kiwi salsa over the chicken and serve with the rice.
