Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cook the snow peas for about 2 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the onion and garlic 3-4 minutes.

Spoon the mushrooms, snow peas, bok choy, sherry, soy sauce and noodles and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
