Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan and set aside.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cook the snow peas for about 2 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit in the onion and garlic 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spoon the mushrooms, snow peas, bok choy, sherry, soy sauce and noodles and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the dish with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
