A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), Provençal spiced beef strips (approx. 250 g), winter carrot, fennel tubers, onions, garlic and crème fraîche pourable (200 ml).

Directions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and bake potatoes according to baking instructions.
  2. Heat residual oil in casserole and brown meat.
  3. Meanwhile, carrot peel and cut into thin slices.
  4. Carrot carrot and meat.
  5. Clean fennel and cut into strips.
  6. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  7. Add fennel, onion and garlic to meat mixture and cook in approx.
  8. 6 minutes.
  9. Crème fraîche stirring and cover the dish for approx.
  10. 5 minutes through and through.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve with baby potatoes..
