Put the noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water until they are covered. Let stand for 10 minutes.

In the meantime cut the choisum into pieces of 2 cm and finely chop the garlic.

Heat a wok without oil or butter and stir fry the minced meat in 5 minutes. Drain the excess fat.

Add the honey and stir-fry for 1 min. Spoon the minced meat from the wok onto a plate.

Heat the chili oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the choisum, pepper mix and garlic 1 min.

Drain the noodles, add with the minced meat and the soy sauce to the vegetables and scoop.
