Wiener schnitzel salad with cranberry sauce


Salad with potato, schnitzels, green beans, chicory, cranberry sauce and lamb's lettuce.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the slices on medium heat for 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
  2. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the schnitzels for 8 minutes.
  4. Boil the green beans in water with salt if necessary in 6 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
  5. Meanwhile cut the bottom of the stalks of chicory, cut the stalks in half lengthwise, remove the hard core and cut the chicory into strips.
  6. Mix the cranberry sauce and the water into a dressing.
  7. Spoon the potato slices, green beans, chicory and lamb's lettuce in a large bowl with the dressing.
  8. Cut the cutlets into thin strips. Divide over the salad.
