Tandoori bacon patties
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cauliflower (in florets), curry powder, lentils (rinsed 400 g), red onion (finely chopped), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), yoghurt dressing chives (bottle 270) ml) and bacon patties a la minute (tandoori (300 g)).

Cook the cauliflower in water with salt for 15 minutes. Drain, put into a bowl and sprinkle with the curry powder.

Meanwhile, put the lentils in a different dish and mix in the onion and parsley. Drizzle with the yoghurt dressing.

Heat the grill pan and grill the bacon patties without oil or butter over a high heat for 4 minutes until tender and brown. Turn halfway. Serve with cauliflower and lentil salad.
