Place the slices of ham on the worktop and place 2 leaves of sage in the middle. Roll the sausages in this and sprinkle the roll with pepper.

Heat the oil and fry the rolls around brown. Deglaze with the wine and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Turn the rollers a few times. Tasty with pasta and broccoli or stir-fried spinach.
