Potato and celeriac
Side dish with potato, celeriac and thyme.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the potatoes. Cut the unpeeled potatoes into pieces and spread them over a griddle covered with parchment paper.

Peel the celeriac with the peeler and cut into slices. Cut the slices into strips and divide them between the potatoes.
