Potato broccoli stew with cod
Dutch stew with fish, broccoli, potatoes, mustard, crème fraîche and spring onion.

Thaw the cod in the microwave. Clean the broccoli and divide into florets. Peel the stem and cut into pieces.

Heat the margarine in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes for 3 minutes. Add the broccoli florets, the water and the bouillon tablet to one baby's potatoes and bring to the boil. Let cook for 5 minutes covered.

Cut the cod into pieces. Stir in the mustard and scoop with the crème fraîche through the potatoes. Add the fish and heat for another 5 minutes. Cut the spring onions into rings. Season the dish with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle with spring onions.
