Smooth spaghetti carbonara


Spaghetti carbonara with bacon, egg, whipped cream, cheese and parsley.

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a pan with plenty of water and salt in approx. 8 minutes.
  2. Split the eggs (protein is not used). Grate the cheese coarsely.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks with the whipped cream and half of the cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Bake in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating the slices of bacon on a medium heat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Drain the pasta and mix directly through the egg mixture in a bowl. Slice the parsley and mix with the rest of the cheese through the pasta and the egg mixture.
  6. Spread the pasta over hot plates and put the bacon on it.
