Smooth spaghetti carbonara
Spaghetti carbonara with bacon, egg, whipped cream, cheese and parsley.

Directions

Cook the spaghetti in a pan with plenty of water and salt in approx. 8 minutes.

Split the eggs (protein is not used). Grate the cheese coarsely.

In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks with the whipped cream and half of the cheese. Sprinkle with pepper.

Bake in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating the slices of bacon on a medium heat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

Drain the pasta and mix directly through the egg mixture in a bowl. Slice the parsley and mix with the rest of the cheese through the pasta and the egg mixture.

Spread the pasta over hot plates and put the bacon on it.
