Potato cookies with chutney
Potato biscuits made from sweet and crumbly potatoes, coriander, curry madras and chutney

Peel the potatoes and grate together with the onions in the food processor with a fine grater.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and finely chop the coriander.

Mix the grated potato and onion with the coriander, curry madras, flour, salt and eggs. Press the garlic above it.

Heat the oil in parts in a large frying pan. Spoon 4 pieces of batter into the pan and press a little flat into cookies of 1 cm thick. Bake 6 minutes, turn halfway.

Let the cookies drain on kitchen paper and keep warm. Bake 12 cookies.

Serve with the mango chutney. Bon appétit! .
